We are ERSA Awards Finalists!

🎉 We are thrilled to announced we have been shortlisted as finalists for the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) Partnership and Collaboration Award with Maximus UK! 🎉

ERSA strive to represent the employment support sector, share best practice and provide a collective voice to drive change. These awards are an opportunity to recognise exceptional achievements and innovation delivered across employability.

The partnership between Pure Insights International and Maximus began with an expression of interest in 2019. Maximus have been delivering employability services for more than 70 years and are recognised as experts in helping people to find and stay in work. Our aim was to integrate our services within a multi-disciplinary setting to embed Pure Insights counselling-intervention within the Maximus model.

We began with a pilot to just 10 participants and since this pilot, we have supported over 500 participants to form strategies to help them cope with challenges, build resilience, confidence and, progress towards their life goals. We are delighted to be a CPN partner working with Maximus and have forged and maintained a positive and beneficial relationship centred around the best outcome for the participant. Working collaboratively together around the individual needs of the participant and the lasting impact of mental health on their participant’s employment and vocational outcomes, Pure Insights has been able to provide a unique and tailored service for the individuals being supported by Maximus.

We are hugely proud of the work we have done with Maximus, the impact our collaboration has had for our clients and partnership we have built.
