Pure Insights is a leading industry specific employment focused counselling organisation with 20 years of experience in delivering counselling programmes enabling jobseekers with mental health barriers to move closer to the labour market, engage with their work coaches, feel more confident about increasing their job readiness and sustain employment outcomes.
Since 2017 Pure Insights International has worked with 2000 jobseekers in the UK with mental health barriers to employment improve their wellbeing, increase their job readiness and ability to engage with their work coaches and advisors. These clients were supported through our specialist partnerships working directly with Jobcentre Plus on the DPS system or with prime providers on the Working Capital, Work and Health, JETs, Restart and IPES programmes.
Through building a trusting relationship with these customers we were able to achieve excellent attendance rates of 80%+ which in turn facilitated a bridge to their work coaches to increase their engagement.
