Pure Insights provides a range of personal wellbeing and employment counselling programmes to refugees on government contracts. Where language acts as a barrier for these clients to engage with counselling support Pure Insights strives to provide counselling in the clients own language through our multiple language counselling line. This provides these clients with a safe and supportive space to talk through their experiences, provide effective trauma informed therapy and work through challenges they are facing during their integration into the UK.
This in turns builds trust and engagement with the client and allows exploration of pathways towards ESOL courses and engagement with their advisor on their current programme.
